I have been lucky to work with Regan through a 1:1 coaching series as well as in a group through her workshops. Regan has such a beautiful way of asking the right questions in both an individual and group setting. I came away from a recent workshop feeling more confident and more clear in my path. I’m also more comfortable saying no to those things that don’t serve me. And as a chronic people pleaser, that’s huge progress.

My 1:1 coaching series was about 4 years ago and I can honestly say I have felt supported by Regan ever since. She is such a wonderful supporter and is always cheering for those around her. As for my individual sessions, I was able to gain so much clarity around what was most important to me both personally and professionally. In my personal life, Regan helped me take practical steps to get back into the dating world. Soon after our coaching series, I met my boyfriend and we have been together ever since.
