I am being harassed and threatened by neighbors that are managed by this company. At first they promised to help, but as I continued to report the harassment to them and to authorities, the more in depth they need the proof to be before they can "do anything". Then it came down to them pushing it off all together for law enforcement. I've gone to great lengths to to meet their requirements and provide the evidence they wanted but now have been ghosted. I'm scared for my family, my property my pets. If something happens to us, at least this is documented publicly. Pray for us.

We rent through this property management company. They are absolutely wonderful. If you have any issues, they are on top of it.
Only problem was that the house we did rent through them, which we paid for 2 months before ever moving into it (to make sure we had a house in the area) was very dirty when we moved in. The windows had a black mold in them (common on Coastal property), cabinets in kitchen had dried macaroni stuck to them, there is a stickman with a gun on the back of the master bedroom door, walls were dirty (liquids, etc - a quick mop would have been fine), the bathroom tub had a large leak (actually still does - we let them know), and yard was crazy over run. The rental market up here is rough. We took what we could get. Anywhere else, this wouldn't have been acceptable.
Im not sure if they even knew before we moved in, though they should have done a walk through. We let them know. I believe they took the landlords word that the place was clean. Landlord came out and cleared out a shed behind our house (they owned that property too) and stole a $160 ladder of ours. I just remembered that.
Good communication between this company and tenant. I appreciate their professionalism and kindness the one time I had a check take longer to clear (New bank). Absolutely recommend going through this company. Thank you.

If I could give this place a less than a 0 I would! The secretary Narita is rude! Showed us a home promising everything “worked.” - put down a huge deposit, pay $1600 a month- for....
1) infestation of ants.
2) Non working dishwasher since we moved in- countless appts to “fix” it and it’s never fixed!
3)Fridge didn’t work and was horrific.
4) oven didn’t turn on.
5) ALL DAYS I HAD TO BE HOME for appts with huge windows and pay for food (out) because my family is BUSY.
6) The owner is AWFUL. Rude, incompetant, ignorant, and takes everything personal. Completely unprofessional- he does not care about his renters. (Bill Madsen)*
7) We never received our garage openers-
8) Broken mail box, that will not shut.
9) Disposal didn’t work!
10) No kitchen blinds, but we can’t have one because he doesn’t want to put anything into the granite around the window- so we have NO privacy to the neighbors behind us, where we do dishes.
11) did I mention, all of this was not a problem prior to move in? Including the ants. Until, the first day, sleeping- having woken up to them on us, on ALL OF OUR THINGS! And he was upset we wanted pest control!! UNREAL.
12) We moved in on Feb. 12th. - we are STILL having issues. - today, I was hung up on by Narita, because I just want my home taken care of. I mentioned court because I feel SO TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF- and she immediately cut me off, and I was hung up on.
13) Their maintenance man, hooked our hose up wrong after the new disposal was put in place- and it caused a HUGE overflow into our kitchen- when we tried using our dishwasher.
So- they thought it was just the hose- 6 dishwasher appts later, and the same piece swapped out/ with no new dishwasher, we are still without. Because, each time it’s replaced- the problem reoccurs- and we have no dishwasher!
14) This home was not cleaned at all before we moved in. I wore off my soggy fingernails SCRUBBING-
15) Our toilets, and 1 shower where the doors are- REAK. All of the time. Bleach, heavy disinfectant- hot water- name it- NOTHING makes the smell go- but they don’t offer to help a replacement ring or SOMETHING!! It’s AWFUL!
16) I am treated like I owe this company something. I am rented this home because it worked with our lifestyle. The layout, place, bedrooms, - nice area all around. Cleaning? Not a problem. I’ll clean nasty stuff- whatever. Part of the moving/and certain “standards.” Totally get it. I’ve been seriously rubbed completely raw by his company.
17) Bill is very cowardly and refuses to call us! He doesn’t deal with ANYTHING! He is unprofessional and acts like a child.

Meanwhile, we’re stuck in their lease! SNAKES! They do NOTHING GOOD for their renters!! I would not recommend them to ANYONE! I strongly suggest anywhere else but Redwood Coast RealEstate. They don’t care about you! And, I don’t even believe I’ll get my deposit back! They don’t keep enough money in their bank as it is! And I would know from because of another incident!! And this house is in much much better shape now that we’re here- so, with that being said- if you like you life, money, and calm mind- don’t rent from thieves!

We have rented from them for years . They have always been great . They fix any problems with the property right away. They have always been respectful and proffessional . On the other hand though, we always pay our rent on time. I can see where people would have problems with them if they don't pay the rent on time, that's there job.

Thank you girls for being straight forward and love the positive attitude.
