What a fantastic experience!!! Call Jeff one morning, he showed up on his lunch hour and provided a comprehensive quote/estimate. We submitted to the insurance company and they accepted. He began ordering the parts he needed and described how the process would work. It all worked like a charm. Jeff and his working partner Jeff were excellent to work with and never left us wondering. Pleasant conversation and hard work got us out of there on time. It looks as 'good as new' and I could not be more pleased!!! If you have work to be done, give them a call!!!

Love the team here! Jeff and Jeff are the best! We have taken our bus to them several times and their work is immaculate. So grateful for their attention to detail and making sure everything is completed as perfectly as possible. We can never tell that we had damage when Jeff and Jeff finish. It's extremely rare to find a business that is still customer oriented. Brenda, the office manager, took me back to my apartment within minutes after I arrived and picked me up once the car was finished. She's a very friendly person with a upbeat positive personality. The work was excellent and the mechanic even put air into my tires. That means a great deal to a single senior woman! The price for the service was extremely affordable. I would highly recommend Red Bay Body Shop to any person wanting reliable service in a timely fashion! It's refreshing to deal with a business with old-fashioned principles of customer service, work ethics and fair pricing!

Very good experience. To quote a phrase "looked like it never happened!" And that is exactly what we wanted. It is hard to find companies that have the ability and equipment to work on motorhomes. Jeff and his associates did a very good job at a fair price.

We lost our refrigerator access panel door going down the road. After ordering it from Tiffin we turned it over to Jeff. He first came by the campground to pickup the panel on Thursday to paint a base coat. Came back Friday morning to mark off the many strips and had it ready before closing the same day. Price was reasonable for the many colors and strips on that 18”x24” panel. Said if it was 1 color it would have been free. He also rents used cars, of which we did. Not new cars, but dependable. Thanks Jeff, job well done.
