Great customer service and care for the tenants. I've rented a property from them in October 2017 after 6 months of dealing with unanswered calls from other management companies and missed appointments for property showings, I met with Michael and within a few days of deciding on the property I had my home. Since I moved in every work order I had to request was dealt with professionalism by Cassie and responded within timely manner. I highly recommend them as a reliable management company.

The reseptionist is rude and incompetent, specially one of the Propertay manager his name is Micheal he is very rude person. When I apply for one of the house before I show them my all income my income more then to $8000 but he was denied my application he said I approve other one. When I asked them one week he wasn’t able to response me. Finally this Reality Management property just they want to take a Aplication fee for everyone should pay $40 but after one week they say I’m sorry your Aplication was denied only they just take in $40 fee but they never ever able to respond you. All the time are very rude again specially one of the property manager (Michael)very very very rude person, please don’t spend a time with this company specially with Michael. I never want to recommend other people to rent property from Realty Management Property.

IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING RENTING THROUGH THEM OR HAVING A PROPERTY RENTED BEWARE AND READ THIS FIRST!

I WISH I HAD SEEN A POST LIKE THIS BEFORE HAND I WOULD HAVE NEVER RENTED THROUGH THEM

This is one of the worst rental companies I have ever dealt with by far! First of all when I started the rental agreement the carpets were dirty and there was issues in about every part of the house. When I would call they would almost never pick up and when they did they were rude and I always have to hassle them to get them to send any kind of maintenance guy to fix problems. Luckily I got to meet the owners and had to go to them to get anything done and they even told me that the rental company was horrible for even them to deal with and that they always have issues with them.

So finally it came time to move out thank god and I called the receptionist and after leaving 8 emails and 3 voicemails I finally got a hold of the receptionist 35 days before it came time to move out and I asked her I would like to give my 30 day notice and asked her what all I would need to do in addition to sending out the notice and making sure they wouldn't tske another month of rent out of my account. She had said that she would take care of it on her end and that they would call me back to schedule the walk through and tell me what to do with the rest. After 10 days went by I tried contacting them since they never contacted me back. I tried and tried and they would never answer my calls nor would they call me back or return my emails.

Finally close to the move out date I got ahold of some one and was informed my automatic payments would cease since I had been locked out of their tenant portal they use for payments and all that. Most of the tenant portal isn't even set up the way they say it's supposed to and good luck getting them to do anything for you after you sign the lease. So I go and move out and left the keys at the house since they said that would be fine and I leave. Keep in mind I had the carpets professionally cleaned and kept them in better condition than when I moved in.

Then they take out another months rent even after saying they wouldn't and when I talked to the lady and she said that no one ever changed it and that it would be returned to me. So time goes by and the 21 days they have to return the deposit is up so I call and call and email and still no reply. Then I send an email informing them they only have 21 days to return my deposit by state law. Then Michael returns the email in a very condescending rude manner informing me he is aware of the laws and that because the extra months rent was taken out (even though it was their fault) it voids my 30 day notice and he has as long as he wants to return it and basically telling me to get lost. This was very frustrating and never have I dealt with some one so rude and hard to get a hold of and deal with.

Then I finally get a call to come pick up the deposit and out of the $2000 security deposit they charged me I got back $400. They charged me $700 to repaint the entire house which surely didn't need it. $200 to redo the back yard which was all weeds when I got it with piles of junk in the back. $250 for carpet cleaning even though I left the carpets cleaner than when I received them, $200 to clean the house which was already cleaned, plus over $150 since I b never scheduled a walk through or turned over the keys" which was what I was trying to do and was ignored to the point I wonder if they do it intentionally to get more money out of you. I was told when I received the list of deductions that if I showed my carpet cleaning expense that they would remove the $250 by Michael himself and I emailed it to him the next day and he has since to reply or return any of emails or call about the matter. Every time I call it rings once or twice and goes to voicemail which is my call intentionally being sent there since it usually rings 6 or so times. I am strongly considering taking them to small claims court.

Having been a property owner and general contractor for many years, I have had the opportunity to work with several different property management companys. I can say without doubt none of them can rival the excellent manner in which Realty Property
Management works with both the owners and the tenants.
I have recommended Reatly Managements top qualilty services to other owners with excellent results and would do so again without hesitation.
The property management business can be a quite trying and difficult task at times but the outstanding ownership and staff at Realty Management aways responds with professionalism and courtesy in there communication with owners and tenants.

The reseptionist is rude and incompitant. I took time out of my day to drive to the office to make sure I was good on Januarys rent since we just moved in and the rent was prorated. I get a notice saying I need to pay or vacate. Even though I had a reciept and proof of purchase they tried telling me I didn't pay and would need to even though she admitted that reciept was supposed to be for December, it was her screw up. What pisses me off is that when I went down there to ask she didn't even take the time to look in a black book or computer or any sort of log where they keep track of tenants and their payments. She looked at me like a deer on the head lights and said yes, I was fine. I still paid I made sure that the late fee was waved since their receptionist is incompitant. Keep your reciepts and make sure you have a legal advisor. They don't know what they are doing.

RMC is by far the best property management company I've ever rented thru, they are very responsive to anything that needs to be fixed, always friendly and very helpful, anything you need they work hard to get it done and quickly. Love this Company
