I have been looking for a property to rent for the past two years and we've had no luck. We have come across quite a few people that have scammed us or attempted to scam us. Thank god we've never fell for this any of the scams. Two weeks ago I met Anna Goya. She is truly a blessing. She has basically been helping us by showing us one of the homes we were interested in. Even though we didn't take that home she still gave us helpful information and introduced us to Alain Hernandez. Who has shown us a few homes and told us how to apply. We are still looking but only with them. It feel great to know that there are still good people that has your best interest in mind. I can not wait to get into our new home. I just want to say that Ana Goya was AMAZING ! she was honest and reliable. We are currently in the review stage of our application but she made the process so much more easier. Looking for a place to live is super stressful as it is and she lifted a load of our chest. Giving us options and guiding us the whole way. I’ve been with real property management with the home we are in now (unfortunately the owner is selling that is why we need a new rental) but they have been great ! If you need services to come out they get them there right away. Its easy to pay rent with their system and we haven’t had any issues with this realtor company since we moved in.
