Augusta is beyond amazing and knowledgeable. She has been doing taxes for me and several other family members and she has never disappointed. I was referred to Augusta by a really good friend of mine name Tracy that’s the only reason why I when to do my taxes with her. I did my taxes in March and everything seem in order I paid the $1450 that she said I owe back to the IRS and that was that.

I received a letter from the IRS October 11th which stated that I owe more money. I sent the letter to Augusta to find out why i was asked to pay an additional $1250. She never reply to my original text on the 11th asking about it. The following day she texted me by mistake regarding another client. I again try to contact her on the 13th in which she said and I quote “Natalie I haven't gotten a chance to look at it yet so when I do I will respond”
I texted her again on the 20th because the letter said that if I didn’t pay before the 21st penalties and fees would be added. Again she didn’t have anything to say. Today November 1st I texted her again to ask her about the letter and she confuses me with another client again! She then realized who I was and just says there’s no explanation as to why I owe the IRS money and tells me to call them.
First of all the way you speak and communicate with your clients needs a lot of improvement you come across extremely rude. It’s okay to not know everything this situation could’ve been avoided if you would’ve been upfront with me 3 weeks ago and told me that you didn’t know what you were doing or what was going on.
I have also uploaded screenshots of my conversations with her so that everyone can see the type of business she runs. Some pictures have a black cover to maintain my personal information private.
Please stay as far away as possible from this place!

I was referred to this business by a close friend , and I was extremely satisfied. Peter was very knowledgable and helpful with ANY questions or concerns I had . This guy really knows his stuff 🙂 . I will definitely be referring my friends and family for the next tax season .
