I am a newbie to the tech world and have been searching for an entry level Software Engineering position.

After I applied for an Android Engineer position posted by Quantix, I quickly received an email from Bri Davidson. She has been seriously amazing from the start of the process, all the way to the end. I had a feeling when I first spoke with her that this was going to go well.

When Bri had called me, I had actually already been presented with an offer by a company out of state. After telling her this, they had the company actually rush the process for me as my time was limited.

Not only did I speak with Bri, but I also spoke with Katie Tharp, the account manager for the company I was interviewing with. Both Bri, Katie, and Audrey (another amazing employee at Quantix), not only advocated for me, but treated me like a human and not just another product to sell.

We all know that business is business. Recruiters need to make money, but there is a good way and a bad way to treat people. Every interaction with Quantix that I have had has been 100% positive and I couldn't be happier.

I accepted an amazing offer from an amazing company. The work I will be doing is so rewarding and the culture is exactly what I wanted.
