This review in not based on services received in 2024.

Summary
The published office hours were not accurate. Scheduling attempts had failed or were delayed. Please Note: A QQT service was provided successfully for a previous year.

Initially, I asked about making an appointment and was told that wouldn't be necessary (ordinarily a good thing). However, the representative(s) are not present at the scheduled or suggested time provided online or verbally by an assistant.

It's not always easy to get my schedule to coincide with QQT's limited published business hours. Regardless, three attempts this week each ended unsuccessful; the third ended with me leaving mostly due to a diminished sense of confidence about accessibility.

I might try again for a future need, but at this time I'll need to explore the other options to find more immediate or more accessible assistance.

On a separate matter, I was able to locate an alternate Public Notary in Roanoke, AL; so that piece did get taken care of. The two stars are awarded for the multiple, courteous attempts made to connect me with the QQT tax representative(s).

Incompetent. Filed with QQT on Feb 6th. After waiting 3 weeks for my return I called to see what the hold up was. To which I was told 'We don't know We'll call you back soon and see about it' FOUR HOURS LATER they call back and notify me that my return was never sent because, for some unknown reason that no one was able to explain, my return had been placed in a 'stack' to be held by QQT. So, here I am now 6 weeks after filing still waiting on my return, and confident that I will never return to this business. Inept. This business should be avoided at a costs. Paying for a service that can't keep simple paperwork in order and is thereby costing myself and I'm sure others as well, their money. You're better off filing somewhere else. H&R Block, TurboTax, Credit Karma, it doesn't matter. File with your drunk aunt that can't do basic addition over this collective group of sun-baked dog mess.
