We upgraded to Quickbooks Did you enterprise and had issues with the conversion. After several calls, Quickbooks help personnel was not able to address our issues. Denise was very knowledgeable and helped with the issue. We plan on working with her for any additional issues

Denise is an expert with QB and was quickly able to resolve my issue involving the web connection with QB Time. She is easy to work with and so convenient to meet with her via GoTo Meeting. And, after the meeting, she sends a recording (audio and visual) of the meeting which helps to reinforce how she fixed the problem. Highly recommend to anyone needing assistance!

I was introduced to Denise at QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP by our IT Support Vendor. We were having issues with our Quick Books as well as we were looking to migrate to cloud based server. Denise was just amazing to work with! Extremely knowledgeable and professional as well as very informative. In a word - invaluable! We are a large Health and Fitness center and we depend on QB to make the operations run smoothly. Denise was terrific to work with. We set up an hour with her to go over some questions, not only did she answer those questions but also was able to provide us with some advise and guidance that will save us some work down the road. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and don't go anywhere near this company. All Denise does is make excuses and refuse to help. Denise is the only real consultant so you are stuck working with her. I have never in my life dealt with a consultant who was less helpful and more rude. We have a team of 6 people and every single one of us left with a very negative experience. STAY FAR AWAY!!
