Erica in Largo office was amazing. Super helpful. 5 stars for her
Unfortunately, I have a leaking window. Initially hired someone to repair the inside, but it’s coming from the outside. It has been a nightmare. During Milton, my window began crumbling in from the top. My floors are warped, mold growing in my window casing.

I had an issue with an email I was sending to Madi. It came back as "message blocked". I called Qualified Property to explain my issue and spoke with Erica. Patricia Harman keeps insisting on needing a lot survey for a roof shingle approval. We had our roof damaged from Hurricane Milton and need a new roof. There is no landline involved, so no lot survey was done. I also don't understand why she needs to see the proposal, as the cost to replace our roof is no one's business and should have nothing to do with approving the shingle color.

Erica was extremely helpful to me today. She went out of her way to get me the support that was requested herself when I was unable to get the actual community manager on the phone for over 10 days. I finally talked with Mark and he was fantastic. The receptionist that answered the phone was not very nice and then the other receptionist answered the phone and she was very polite but Mark was excellent.
