I had to give them a star so to write this review. They are a scam. They called and said we had to have the marine OSHA Journal. We are a small company that sells new and used boats. We have sent many emails requesting the journal's return label, and no one will respond. DO NOT agree to anything this company is selling. You can get what you need for free from the OSHA website.

This place is an absolute scam! They only exist to cheat small businesses out of their hard earned money. They shipped us a manual with tracking that was never ordered or requested. I sent it back immediately and then received another invoice the following week. Something must be done!

Business is a total scam. They send you a package and try to invoice you for it and if you don't pay they threatened to call the IRS. Companies like this should not be allowed in the United States of America and undermine small businesses. More than likely foreign investors trying to undermine Americans.

On the phone they sound almost goverment/regulatory or an inspector. "This is your annual updated OSHA manual for the year".
They don't ask you if you want it. It's coming- along with a $298 invoice and a W-9 tax form with a place for your SSN...?
I asked 'isn't there a website where all of the OSHA stuff can be found?' (there is)
"I have your address as... is that still correct, ok thank you."

SCAM !! NO STARS!! This is ABSOLUTELY a SCAM!!! I called because we kept getting an invoice from them for $298 and we NEVER ordered anything. He informed me that my front desk at the dealership signed for an OSHA packet and that I owed him the money. I preceded to tell him that I was suspicious considering it was coming out of south Florida where there is a lot of financial fraud. He went OFF THE RAILS yelling, cursing, telling me that I was a loser and I was always gonna be a failure if I don't think he's legit. He hung up. I researched his "company" and found these other reviews...so apparently I was right about the SCAM!! ALWAYS trust your gut!
