I thought they were different. I really did. But to them, we are number and they care about stats and nothing else. There is miscommunication and lies. We asked for an extension on training and they outright refused. And the assignments given to us, which we thought would be graded, WERE NOT. Never said that part. The Delivery Manager “offered” retraining, and by offered, they just said it out their behinds. We were monitored 24/7 with our badges, letting them know when we come in, come out, and where we’d go. They are petty, and if you don’t have an 80 or higher GPA, they will single you out any chance they get. They don’t offer accommodations when it comes to having learning disabilities, they don’t help you at all. They never helped me, and I let them know I was autistic and was a bit slower. I was let go- Not benched, not transferred. FIRED. And I found out that quite a few people who were let go from the clients were transferred to a different department. For a company who preaches about how they don’t want us to fail and said that they’re here for us, and says they will accommodate, they sure like to harass and keep people who don’t do their work. If they didn’t say in the contract, “they reserve the right to interpret, change, suspend, cancel or dispute with or without both at all any part of our policies, procedures and benefits at any time”, they would have had a lawsuit on their hands.

As many of others have stated in their google reviews and glassdoor, just under 2 years ago this was an amazing thriving company with a great deal of excitement, happiness and spirit. Then new management came in and crushed this place over night, and chased off most of the leaders who made it a great place, like Scott and Dave... and well that's when companies pulled away and employees started to leave or be let go. It is a Very sad place now only barely operational with Laura trying to hold things together.

Very unique establishment offering in-depth exposure to a wide variety of technical disciplines for those in the IT field, regardless of previous experience.

Working alongside a world-class team of like-minded individuals should definitely be considered a perk. Management is designed to be for-the-people and is open to new, creative ideas. Never would I have expected a company of this nature to appear in Brewton (pop. 5,236 -- 2017), but I'm certainly glad it did.

I have been in the IT field since 2012 -- I can honestly say that, for the three months that I have been here, this is the best job I've ever had.

Just another Corporate Chum Bucket(hiring agency), not interested in the individual well being of each member and the true potential each individual posseses. I've been here personally for a lengthy period of time, your better off learning online and keeping your data to yourself. This company is more interested in how to exploit a work force than bettering one. Money is more important than human initiative and value here, and that doesn't trickle down to the work force no matter how well of a job you've done. No plugins to outside companies or corporations(you are responsible for doing that yourself). Truly has no interest in bringing value to any rural community if that value isn't largely on the Provalus side.

If you come here, expect big brother mentality. And don't be shocked when they screw around with your livelihood on a whim. The only thing I learned here is how to spot red flags in companies you're interested in working for in the future.
