My husband and I cannot praise Michael enough for the exceptional service we received from him and his partner. They were attentive, understanding, and always available to address our concerns. I tried to call several engineering companies and he was the only one that returned my call in a timely manner. Thanks to Michael we were able to close the pending permit for the property we were trying to sell in a short period of time . We highly recommend him and his team.
