Have been dealing with PCM for a long time, with rather good results. But today things have seem to have changed. It’s now “OK” to leave your yard completely covered in Live Oak leaves and let them blow all over the neighborhood! It’s now considered an Act of God and you don’t need to rake and bag the leaves up in a timely manner. Just let the leaves pile up and blow all over your neighbors lawns, so the neighbors can clean them up! Nice! Thanks for your help and consideration!!!!! Get the leaves cleaned up and I will take down this Google Review! 🙁🙁🙁🙁

Professional is a very ironic name because they are not professional at all. Very rude and incompetent. I would give zero stars if I could. I called Friday morning about this leak and they gave me the run around all day. Nobody is coming out till Monday because they don't consider this an emergency. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY! Worst property management ever!! Particularly Stacy and Allen Perry in the office. Thanks for making my weekend a nightmare!

Have lived in my subdivision for a decade and have never had any issues with where my garbage cans go. Fast forward to today, myself and over 50 of my neighbors get a notice to move them or be fined. The notice gives three days notice from when letter is dated, and it wasn’t even postmarked/mailed until three days after the date on the letter. Not professional at all, as their name states.

I have had NUMEROUS egregious violations by several neighbors. After one million emails and phone calls to PCM, not ONE response, not one solution and not ONE answered email. I've been in real estate for over 15 years and never seen a less professional property management company in my entire life. RUN for your life. Do not do business with these people.

I've found PCM to be hard working, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Theirs is a tough business filled with daily demands from tenants, and community associations. They aren't perfect but they are dedicated, and better than most companies in their field.

Too much gossiping on the part of wife of the owner. Talk, talk, talk. Cannot get a word in edgewise with her motor-mouth and the fast-talking. Cannot stay on topic. (ADHD?) Little details said about people, residents and their homes 'managed' by this company, behind their backs, who are not even present to respond. Quick to send out a nasty letter in response to something uncorroborated, petty or nebulous. Too much drama, & people do not need this in their lives.
