Went in for a test and was greeted by Laura. She was super friendly and kind. Very knowledgeable about the whole process.
I was nervous but Laura helped me feel at ease. It was a very easy experience, I got my results back quickly without issue. I would highly recommend going there. No appointment needed so it was super convenient as well.

Great place to go have a drug test done. Very quick, easy and professional. The receptionist was very nice and Lorenzo did a fantastic job. There were no sick or injured people waiting as this facility does not treat those types of things. To me, that is a huge bonus. Thank you very much!

Just recently got sent for testing and it was something I never have to do. I was a little upset at the time. I believe the gentleman’s name was Lorenzo. He was very calming and cool through the process and made it easy for me. Very nice guy and I am very grateful for him helping me that day. I lost my chain of custody papers, but I’m pretty sure he said his name was Lorenzo. Sorry if I am wrong.

I went for a test and a couple of days later the job offer was rejected. I reached out to the company I applied to and they stated that Procom said that I didn’t take it in time, but I did and showed them proof that I did. The company then reached out to Procom and they then said that I did take it in time but my sample was damaged because they did not seal it properly and leaked during transport. Now 2 weeks later I have to go back to them to take another one.
