We are deeply frustrated and disappointed with the service provided by Processing Assist, Inc. From the start, we were promised a level of professionalism and delivery that has simply not been met. Despite agreeing to terms and expectations, what was promised has not come to fruition, and communication has been non-existent since signing the agreement. We were also asked to rate the company 5 stars before their services had truly taken an impact.

The lack of customer service has been appalling. We were initially told that we would receive consistent updates and support, but that has not been the case. Reaching out to the company has been an exercise in futility, with little to no response, and when we did finally make contact, we were met with patronizing behavior from staff. Twice, our concerns were dismissed as if they were insignificant, which is not only unprofessional but incredibly frustrating.

We expected a much higher standard of customer service and commitment to deliverables, and we feel misled. The lack of follow-through on their part has caused unnecessary stress, and it has become increasingly difficult to continue trusting the company to meet our needs. It is disappointing to have to write such a review, but we believe it's important to share this experience to prevent others from facing the same frustrations.

We hope that Processing Assist, Inc. takes this feedback seriously and takes immediate steps to address their customer service and delivery issues. Until then, we cannot in good faith recommend their services to anyone.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional service provided by Mason Alexander From the moment I reached out for help with my student loan payment, I was met with professionalism and understanding. He took the time to listen to my concerns and worked diligently to create a customized payment plan that fits my financial situation.

Mr. Mason Alexander was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and guided me through the entire process step-by-step. Lisa Perkins is amazing! She helped me consolidate my old loans and put me on a plan to get them paid off MUCH more quickly than I ever could have! She stays in touch with me, and anytime I call her with a question or concern, she either answers immediately or, if she is busy, calls me back within a few minutes. She is extremely knowledgeable about these school loans and has patiently walked me through every step and answers all my questions as well as explains in such a way that I can understand what she means. I would highly recommend Processing Assist and Lisa personally if someone needs help with student loan paybacks!

Mr. Duran was very professional, pleasant, quite knowledgeable & willing to assist me. He explained everything to me & answered all of my questions. I really thought it was a scam and still hoping that it is not. I will most definitely update this review if I find out that it is. LOL Aaron Cruz was very patient and explained everything in detail. I have to say that I’m not comfortable with the whole $49.99 for months of payments; however, it BEATS the HELL out of paying $$$$ for the rest of my life! If you’re skeptical, I totally understand as I too still have reservations as to if I’m doing the right thing, but now, for my pocket, it is the BEST thing possible. Thank you Aaron for your patience and kindness during our conversation. You’re very good at your job!
