Mom now 90 years old in her own home living in Cape Coral by herself with no family in Florida is forced to an Assisted Living facility for health reasons. I don't know anybody in Florida but we had to move mom out of her home of 30 years right away. There were other companies that offered to put tenants in Mom's home But without checking their ability to pay! Their idea was to get a tenant in and good luck. I live in Memphis and in the Fall of 2021, I purchased a single-family home in Cape Coral as an investment to be used as a personal residence in a few years when I retire.
