Each year, we plan a series of leadership sessions for our Student Affairs team. Finding dynamic speakers is often difficult. We booked Dr. Booker to conduct a diversity presentation for one of our sessions and her candid style and humor won over a skeptical, homogenous crowd. My team still raves about her presentation. Not all speakers can maintain an audience's attention while providing an inspiring message with important information that can be applied to the job. Dr. Rashanda Booker is a unicorn in the realm of motivational speaking and training as she has the ability to masterfully weave humor into relatable examples that offer valuable take-aways. From diversity/inclusion and leadership to healing and self-care, she can provide a presentation that is useful and inspiring for any audience from corporate leaders to students on a college campus. Dr. Booker is probably one of the best speakers that I have had the pleasure of hearing...I look forward to having her on our campus again and highly recommend her to others.

Dr. Booker is such a phenomenal person! She is professional & authentic, her heart for people is like no other. She is a wealth of wisdom & knowledge for the young & old!
