Premier is very receptive to requests and does a very good job in managing our association. They are prompt in addressing problems; their departments are very responsive in answering questions and achieving the best resolution to any controversies that might arise. Their reps have always been knowledgeable and sincere in wanting to help. Unlike many condo associations winding up late in getting the required safety inspections done in time to avoid penalties, Premier went all out to do the job on time, coordinating with the Board and communicating with unit owners in order to make the project run as smoothly as possible. All in all, Premier is a great management company.

Just about as useless as they come. Took 3 weeks, 7 phone calls and unfortunately having to be aggressive with the sweet lady that answers the phone to get a call back. The person who called back immediately said here is the managers email and resolved absolutely nothing. Why was I not given the property managers email to begin with if this farquad couldn’t help me?

I would stay away from them for your HOA managing needs.

They were very slow to act and would constantly shift accountability instead of solving problems. Reps were often unreachable during business hours as they were in constant "meetings".

Not everyone, but some staff members come across as extremely rude, especially Sasha who interviews new owners. Although a woman named Rausse was one of the few good reps who I always preferred to interact with.

Premier would mess up simple things like monthly maintenance collection, website upkeep, work orders and keeping the assigned parking list up to date (would double assign spots).

It's unfortunate but in my experience they are a bad choice.

This company honestly couldn't be worse. I'm not sure why any association would hire them to run their HOA services. They do not respond, they are rude, they avoid your emails and calls and they provide zero assistance when you need them. I absolutely DO NOT recommend anyone to use this company's services. My experience with them is in Lauderhill, FL - stay away.

These people are very rude and lacks communication skills especially Sasha Sighn, I have been to their office twice to turn in applications and had to call for an update of the application process once. All of the 3 encounters I had with her she has been very rude, please get someone else who knows how to interact with people especially if they’re spending their money on a home.

I’m an agent for 21 years and have dealt with at least 15 management companies over the years. This is hands down one of the slowest and one of the worst. Sasha Singh was very rude to a prospective buyer and both agents involved and had the nerve to be rude and unprofessional in an email to us (in writing of course). She has no business being in a customer service position. Hopefully they can get someone with a better attitude.

Completely unprofessional, lazy, and unresponsive. I called and spoke with Sasha Singh to respectfully ask for an update on an application and she hung up on me. After letting the application sit for 3 weeks, she finally realized that documents were missing and then responded that there would be a delay without giving an updated timeline. I tried to reach out to Ray Bachan since she lacks communication skills since and he is supposed to be the CEO and he hasn't returned my call. Do not give these people anymore contracts.

Read and believe what I am telling you. Sasha is the rudest person, do not try and rent any apartment if this is who you have to deal with. They steal your money. Sasha and Brenda from the Belmont stole $300 in application fees from me and I have proof. They wanted the co buyer to fill out a application even if he wasn’t going to live with me. I told the owners of the apartment that the co buyer is not willing to do and just to forget about putting the application through. I called back premier and ask for my money back since I won’t be living at the Belmont anymore and they told me they push the application through already even though Sasha and Brenda told me if the co buyer doesn’t fill out a application they can’t put the application in but they did anyways just so they could take my money. Also I heard Sasha and Ray are sleeping together that’s why Sasha hasn’t been fired yet because she is the rudest person ever. No one with her attitude should be dealing with humans. Disgusting. She also said Brenda the President of the hoa knows nothing even though Brenda works there.
