When our first property manager retired several years ago, I was a bit nervous moving to a new company. She assured me we would be in good hands and she was right! Thanks for all of the work over the past several years to both Lillian and Kristen! Considering we had been gone for almost a decade, the place looked and felt just like home again! It was clear they took care of our home like it was their own as soon as we walked back through the front door. Kristen even went an extra mile and helped take deliver of and oversee our tile remodel in our kitchen. She also coordinated the new carpet install so everything was complete and ready to go before we arrived. If you need a property management team who will treat your property like it was their own, look no further than PMI Davis Realty! Communication and care are excellent, and that's a big deal when you live far away from your home! Thank you again for everything you did for us!

I don't like giving bad reviews of companies but this one earned it, PMI Davis Realty in Green Cove Springs Fl. This specific company has very bad service, and even more so for us Latinos. We have been trying to rent a property for a whole month. Mr. Wendell Davis, owner of the company, has told us that he is going to rent it to us, that he has to review the application, he asks you for papers when he already has them in the application whose application costs 70 dollars per person. Now he doesn't want to rent the property because it can't be electronic, when he said it was okay for some of the people who are going to live to sign like that and take the money in money order. If you are Latino, do not let yourself be scammed by this company.

I would never rent a property managed by this company nor have my property managed by this company, especially the property located at 4182 Eagle Landing Pkwy. The owners are shady and the property management does their bidding. Pay close attention to one- sided lease terms, forced monthly fee, forced enrollment in credit reporting, blatant lies before move in and upon move out, owner trying to sell the place with months left on lease and not taking great offers so that they can just keep inconveniencing you with showings, etc.

I have always had great relationships with my landlords for years after leasing. No complaints.. never. Until this crew. No thanks. Never again.

Terrible company, I don't rent with PMI Davis Realty, it's the worst thing on Fleming Island and Orange Park and all of Jacksonville, they advertise a house, they charge you the money for the application and then they tell you it's rented, they don't give you your money back, they don't call you when you write, they don't answer the phone, they tell you one thing today and then they change and tell you another, They are informal, starting with their own owner, who even forgets the things you talk about with him.
If you don't want to lose your money and be more than a month without being able to rent, don't do it with this company, they are professionals taking money and time away from people.

To whom it may concern, if you don't want to waste your money and your time, stay away from this company. First, they post a property for you and make you pay a fee and then tell you that it is already occupied (that is if you can get them to answer the phone). They are super. informals they do not answer your calls or messages starting with the owner himself after more than a month waiting for a property that was not even the one I had applied for but I decided to go ahead with the application in order not to lose the money I get obstacles when signing the contract. They are the worst in the #greencove area

Ohmygoodness BEST Service EVER! Wendell is the most Kindest, Sweetest Person and Property Manager/Broker! He made the impossible... possible! He took an extensive amount of time and effort to get my family member into a home who had no home! What a patient Man!
