The house was perfect for our 4 day stay! It had everything we needed, plus more. Kitchen is stocked to make a full meal and grill was an added bonus. Furniture was comfy and we loved the bedding. Backyard had lots to do- corn hole, putting green, hot tub and pool. Beach chairs were very convenient as well. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Snook Haven, Largo, after having to evacuate our beach rental due to Hurricane Helene. Julia and Caio were able to accommodate us at very short notice, even allowing us to check in early. The house was immaculate, beautifully and thoughtfully laid out with everything we could possibly need. We are very grateful!

Julia and Caio were wonderful hosts! They answered our questions quickly and checked in everyday to ensure our stay was going well. It felt like "home" walking in. I wanted to pack up our bed & pillows and bring them back with me. It was like sleeping on a cloud every evening and waking up to the amazing view of the ocean was amazing! They had a closet full of beach towels, toys, boogie boards, umbrellas, and anything you would need to beach it up during your stay! We will definitely be booking again with PMI Clearwater in the future!!

There is a lot to love about Marlin's Palm Oasis in Port Richey, Florida

When we arrived, it felt inviting and we felt comfortable, almost immediately.

It was staged well and cleaned up nicely, except for a few small things

We stayed during Christmas week 2024.

There are plenty of places to kick back and relax, from the couches to the bedrooms.

There are TVs in every room and the pool was extremely clean. We were tempted to go for a cold swim.

Pets are welcome at Marlin's but check with the property management before bringing them along. There will be a pet fee.

There are plenty of dishes to use, some seasoning and spices in the cabinet, and k-pods for the keurig in the kitchen.

Look around the place and in cabinets and closets so you can make the most use of what they have to offer.

We only used one room for sleeping. The one closest to the street.

The bed we slept in was very comfortable to us

It seemed like a memory foam/spring hybrid mattress. Very supportive and we slept well. I recommend you bring your own pillows from home.

The property had plenty of blankets, towels washcloths, sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, and other items you might need to keep a home going.

They also had items in the closet, in the room between the kitchen and the pool area, for pool use (pool towels and kids' toys).

The rules of the house are simple to follow and there is a reason they are in place.

They give you all the information you need in the folder located on the table when you walk in the door.

There is information about trash days and recycling days. They pick up very early in the moming, so it's best to get the bins out the night before.

They have framed prints of instructions/
rules, helpful numbers, and information to contact the property management, should you need to call them for anything.

If you do need them and you text instead of call they are very quick to respond.

They also respond to emails.

We look forward to using PMI Clearwater again for our next stay and we hope Marlin's Palm Oasis is available when we do.

PMI Clearwater hosted a fantastic short-term rental that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the property’s immaculate condition and tasteful decor. Pool tech showed up and did a fantastic job and lawn care was done while we were there. I definitely recommend PMI for any property management needs or vacation, short or long term rentals.
