I had a very good experience with PLG, after a claim that got complicated for reasons that were not foreseen as my insurance company that I had filed the claim with went bankrupt and left the state of Florida, the case then being taken over by FIGA. After over four years the claim was resolved with a satisfactory result given the complications that arose. I would like to point out that Melissa and her team - Marco and Dani - we very helpful at all times, answering all my questions in a timely and professional manner and being very proactive in trying to solve the claim.

Excellent service. I was bounced around between firms and PLG stuck it through. My attorney, Nick Trembly, kept me informed through each step of the litigation including reaching out to explain how depositions work and what to expect. Fortunately, Nick was able to get an agreement from the insurance company that was amenable to me and the deposition was not needed. The paralegal that worked with Nick and I, Maria Gonzalez, also kept me up to date when Nick was unable to as well as handling the necessary paperwork and releases. Luis Burgos, the assistant, helped round out the winning team that brought my case to resolution. Although I wish that I didn't have to go through an attorney to get the insurance company to do what was right, I'm glad I got the team I got from PLG and would recommend them to anyone who would ask me for a referral. Worst experience with an attorney. Bad communication.No respect over the signed documents. From the beginning were us ,the clients ,the ones running after the process to get an update, to receive an explanation. Finally the agreement signed was not respected and as a client we received less than the amount signed in the settlement. They did not send a written document explaining why or adjusting the quantities received. My husband receives a phone call with a response: I made a mistake, I’m Sorry. There is nothing else we can do. I requested just now the written document explaining the why and the right totals. This practice is a joke.
