We had a possible scam situation. These guys all jumped in to make sure we were secured. This is what I replied to them:

At Sunshine Pediatrics of Lutz, we have been with them for years and there is a reason for that. Even though the profession is IT, bedside manner and understanding client mentality is just exceptional. IT expertise is spot on, will let you know if the problem with your machine is fixable or no, how much time it will take, what can be done better, and all that. Will also provide security and safety assessment and assure maintainence is done as needed. Thank you so much for all that you do.
