We have several short term rental properties in the US and I have worked with 7 short term rental companies over the years around the country. Pinnacle has been a fabulous partner for us. I have two main objectives with a rental company.... 1) the core rental aspects of demand generation/guest experience and so forth and 2)helping me keep our property in working order as we are not on site. Pinnacle is great on both fronts. On item 1, they have done very well on demand generation and the guest reviews on the service they receive are very positive. On item 2, Pinnacle is always ready to help with my property. For example, I have WiFi enabled "water bugs" and when one showed a leak, Pinnacle went to the property immediately when I received a notice and resolved the issue. This is very appreciated by a long distance owner.

We have used Pinnacle Resorts as our property manager for many years and continue to be well served by them. They take care of everything except the more major home issues, which they resolve for us. Tey respond quickly when issues come up. They either do the work or they have contractors who fix things quickly. They do a great job working with homeowners.

Love this home! We stayed at 76 Park Forest Drive in Breck. Beautiful area and cozy decor. We did not want to leave! The kitchen is superbly stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The sofa was the perfect spot to snuggle up and watch the snow fall while sipping coffee and reading a good book. Bedrooms are roomy and spacious as well. Hot tub was an added bonus!
You will love this place!!! We will be back for sure!

Stayed at the Modern Log Cabin in Breckenridge and had a blast. The house is in a fantastic location — breathtaking views and easy drive down to Main Street (or take the shuttle that stops right in front of the house). This house was as described, a very nice log cabin with modern amenities. Can sleep A LOT of people with more beds than we could keep track of, fully stocked chef’s kitchen, multiple patios and gathering rooms, and three sets of washer/dryers. We will be staying here again for sure! Bonus - there is a friendly small fox who stops by the front door in hopes of getting a raw egg to eat!

I have used Pinnacle as the management company for our home in Silverthorne for just over a year now. We have been very pleased with their attention to detail, their prompt and courteous service when needed, and the care they have taken of our home. They have an entire team in place locally and each individual has a specific job to do and it runs like a well oiled machine! I would highly recommend them!
