This HOA service is horrible! They're good about charging, but they don't provide half of the services they charge you for!!! I live in Brighton Crossing which is "managed" by them. HOA fees are high based on what you get, and you only get half of what they say, sometimes not even that.

This company is a joke. After repeated requests for some improved communication, they continually dodge and evade customers. Multiple requests from the neighbors here asking the same thing with no unified response to the whole neighborhood. This makes me question their motives and seems to confirm a theory that they get paid on a per email and per phone call basis.

They only respond to emails 3 days a week and claim this is a cost savings effort to keep expenses down. No worries about keeping customer experience and satisfaction at a minimum as well.

Do not trust the "5 star reviews". Notice there are no actual words or comments behind them. They are probably all employees or family of the business in order to "boost" their abysmally low scores of "1 star" from their actual customers.

If you are looking for a property management, literally look anywhere else. This is by far the worst service I've ever experienced from a property management company.

If you are looking for a house or rental property, please read all the reviews and do your due diligence before getting involved with this company.

I'll be happy to update this review if and when Pinnacle Consulting Group improves their communication and starts stepping up to challenges and addressing questions and concerns of their customers.

Sad company. So anyone on here knows there is resources to deal with crooks like these people.

If at least 67% of the community signs a petition it can be decided that termination is the best step moving forward. Yes you can terminate your hoa. Remember you are the one paying them not the other way around.

Also, the Colorado Gov website has resources to report businesses like this that mismanage communities.

They have been a nightmare to work with. They have done an awful job managing our community. If this is not resolved I am going to do the above.

In addition we are paying $90 per month for nothing. There is no common space. The neighborhood next to us has to maintain much more area and even deal with a pond. The hoa fee is $40/mo. This is a scam.

Unfortunately one is the lowest rating possible. When we purchased our home we were told the front yard landscaping and ongoing maintenence would be done by the HOA, once we closed and moved in that all changed. Nice looking pool but has never been opened - last year we were told it was due not being able to hire Lifeguards. Pickleball courts have been done for months, still locked. It seems their only concern is collecting our money.

This company lives to jack up district rates and make it nearly impossible for residents to attend meetings or voice their opinion. Our neighborhood has dead trees, overwatered grass, no speed limit or school bus signs, no dog waste stations or any recreational equipment. Yet they have the audacity to raise our rates by 300%. This company is full of crooks trying to get rich off the community they are supposed to serve. Do not move to any districrt ran by this company.

I honestly can't figure out if this firm is a scam or just incredibly incompetent. For 5 years I have received a bill for storm water management and every year I have called to inquire why my neighborhood floods due to a lack of storm water management (there is no storm water drain). I have never received a call back and I have yet to speak with anyone other than the secretary. This is ridiculous and should be illegal. If anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated.

12/10 and still haven't received a reply. I contacted you because you're the one who sends me a bill and on that bill it clearly states, "Please let us know if you have any questions."

Pinnacle is the management company overseeing Brighton Crossing, and they are absolutely awful. They do not return voicemails, they do not respond to emails, they take forever to respond to plans they charge $80 to review. They are sending people violations for having a radon pipe not painted the right color, yet don't send violations for yards that have grass over 10" long, it makes no sense. I have been to two board meetings and it is painfully obvious that they do not care about the community at all. This is the third community I have lived in with an HOA/ Metro District and this is has been by far the worst!

We pay HOA dues for trash, snow, and landscaping this company hires unreliable people then does nothing about. Like to know where my HOA fees are going. Snowed last week snow sat on the side walk for 2 days before I went out and finally shoveled myself for fear of law suit today only one on the block not to have trash picked up. Nothing we can do about it I was told by the representative. But I paid you to have the service done horrible customer service!!!!!
