I can’t find this location anywhere?
I have asked for half of my charges back and they wouldn’t homer it. I know they tried to make an attempt but the work was unprofessional. It was very sloppy.
They handle too much on their plate. Cynthia told me what I needed and treated me as more of a numbers game. She wouldn’t help me when I had questions. Second there were forms 109 missing I had to request it at the clerks office. So I put in work myself They had the wrong address down on the filing form to have the defendant to be served.
I had to hire an attorney because
The case for the temporary restraining order was declined my attorney whom educated me said this:
I can tell you that it wasn’t done properly by them. She needed to have made attachment 7a3 “describe abuse” and written out all of the stuff she put in that other document she prepared.
Cynthia pushed other forms that wasn’t needed for me she said keep it on file just in case. It was an harassment case and she gave me other forms that I never needed to use. Last it had the wrong court location on the forms.
Maybe you did the work however it really was very poor poor work. I would never come here again or recommend this company. I spent so much money.

I had a horrible experience with Cynthia also
She is rude and unprofessional to say the least
She talks over you and is the most unprofessional person I've ever had the misfortune of working with
at first, she seems like she is very helpful until you have to pay for the service then she turns on you and calls you names and proceeds to say you can't afford the service that you are not a good business person and so on and so on..

I am absolutely shocked about her behavior and saying she makes 250,000 a year lives in Beverly Hills and that she doesn't need your business etc. etc...

Please be aware of working with her.
Take the time and you will see the type of person she really is and you will understand why not working with her or you avoided the biggest trap of all time..
They want payment upfront, so they can keep charging you once you pay them they keep telling you you need to pay more and more..

I believe this is not a professional company
They prey on you and your pain and take your money
This is a one-man show.

This is her company, and when I ask for a manager, she said there’s no one to speak with her..
She is a scammer. She will take your money and not help, but make the situation worse for you.
