He knows what he did and didn’t do. If you value your books’ integrity, find another CPA/Bookkeeper. He is dangerous and inept and an absolute liability to your company.

EDIT: Mr. Holtz, no, I am not a client. Because I took one look at my employer’s books and told him to run, run far away. And when he severed his relationship with you, and I showed your worker the issues in Quickbooks that were the result of shoddy, lazy, and untrained bookkeeping practices… and then magically the very next day the bank accounts in quickbooks were deleted. Ironically, my boss’ trusting souls hadn’t severed your access from Quickbooks yet. And what do ya know… YOUR FIRM LOGGED IN THAT DAY AND DELETED THE BANKS…! Funny, for a CPA, y’all seemed to have forgotten there’s an AUDIT LOG that tracks every movement made in Quickbooks. So, bring on the lawsuit, I would LOVE to discuss your ethical transgressions in open court! Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to get back to fixing the messes from 2021, 2022, 2023, & 2024 that your untrained bookkeepers overseas absolutely messed up. When we did our taxes with the company before this new one took over it was personable and friendly and easy to work with them.
