I'm a quadriplegic suffering from a bed sore and having to pay 2 employees to help as I am laid up for at least another week and PPL has stop sending out payment. I have money in my budget to pay them and got everything submitted the 1st and still haven't paid my 1st employee... These people have bills to pay and it's already hard enough to find good caregivers. This makes it incredibly difficult to retain people! Even good people

This is an update, after my approval. Once, I was approved everything was fine. The staff are very nice and helpful.

It could be due to Covid, but it was very hard for me to get set up. I had to train myself and sometimes when I call I get rude people. But sometimes I got some very nice people who took the time to help me. There is a lot of paperwork and their training appts., are really outdated and not helpful. But, it does the job.

This company has taken care of my CDASS Allocation in the state of Colorado. Their service, while busy, has been extremely professional and courteous regarding my medical needs as well as home healthcare services! I don't know how they could do a better job, honestly!

It has been 2 months and my employees have yet to be paid. No communication. Once I finally had 2 conversations with someone that seemed to know what was happening and how to fix it, then ghosted. No call backs. On hold for 1 hour 24 min and then transferred to a survey
I will switch as soon as humanly possible!

I have limb-girdle muscular dystrophy, Ehlers-Danlos, and Sjogren's autoimmune disorder. PPL has been terrible this summer. One PCA had 4 Covid tests in one year, refused to stay away from crowded places, and eventually got Covid and was symptomatic and came to work. She decided not to get vaccinated. Then she quit.She was my 30 hour PCA. Then I discovered that the 40 hour PCA had been lying to me and stealing. It was very hurtful bc she was with me for 4 years. She tried to convince me that I had dementia. I have a replacement for the 30 hour person, but no thanks to PPL. It was dragged on and on....One representative gave her and me a start date of June 25th, but then reversed it after she had worked for 2 weeks, stating that I filled out an extra line in her rate sheet. It took fighting tooth and nail and documenting everything to finally get the poor woman paid.

Now, after I have fallen with stitches, and I have microtears and an elevated CPK again of 660 (dx'ed at 2,616 age 27), I found a suitable 40 hour PCA, completed everything meticulously, and faxed everything last week with confirmation receipt. I called this Monday, and a PPL representative told me that everything had been received and was being processed. Thursday, another representative, Emma, and an encrypted message states that the hiring documents were never received! Monday, the rep was looking at the document file and said the potential employee's name. What the heck is going on with PPL?!! How do I complain. I have needed help and have struggled badly all summer due to PPL. Is there any way to make these people accountable?

Terrible company to work for haven't been paid for nearly 3 months for 2 pay periods, im a single mom and had to drive 45 mins to client and 45 mins home each scheduled shift. I couldn't afford to continue caring for my client. I feel sorry for clients not being able to keep good help due to corrupt company stealing from workers and not paying them. I am going to pursue lawsuit at this point

Your revision of the Time 4 Care app is absolutely the worst.
Why fix what isn’t necessary?
Spinning a wheel to find the day, date and time is ludicrous.
I truly hope someone revises this and puts it back to the way it was.
Having been with PPL for almost 10 years, I know it can be better.

Everyone I have talked has been very pleasant. My issue is this new way of doing time sheets. The app never works on any device I have. When I use telephony 90% of the time it tells me its unable to clock my time. Something has got to give. I don't understand why we cant do them online like I used to. I mean it is easier to navigate and I have never had issues doing them online.
