I’m very frustrated with Payreel’s payment process. Despite having my direct deposit form accepted and clearly visible on my profile, I was expecting my payment today via direct deposit but instead was informed that a paper check was sent whenever I called their customer service line to see where my payment was. paper checks can take weeks to finally get, and this delay is causing me significant inconvenience. I have bills that need to be paid today, and waiting for a paper check, which takes much longer to arrive, is unacceptable. This situation has put me in a tough spot, and I expect better reliability from a service that handles payments. I hope Payreel addresses this issue promptly and prevents it from happening again.
