I hate reviewing not a positive one.
Unprofessional, Horrible -AWFUL Communication, Disorganize - ZERO Star if I could.

Horrible experience- would not recommend to anyone.
Quick summary Situation why the negative review.
For the year 2020 (full year) and on W-2 indicated residence of California. Yet the filing was filed as resident of AR (Note: we did not move to AR until June 2021) and resulted in owing 7K with interests and penalties because Rick filed as resident of AR. Even asked -double checked why file in AR when we did not move here until 2021 and the communication was horrid, horrible-just awful!
Lindsey even hang up on me when trying to find out where all the supporting document(s).
There were endless mistakes both my husband and I filings.
Really frustrating to pay the service Total $650. $400 for 2020& 2021 and another $250 for myself filing 2021 and in turn receive and awful-horrid service.

Update:Jan 2023
Husband talked to Rick via phone if he can correct his error- to Amend 2020 tax filing. In result- again this guy screwed up the amended for 2020. Either he's doing it purposely and just not cool-and karma will come. Or simply don't care about his work because he doesn't even follow instructions what we asked him. He takes notes but don't even remember and keep asking with information when it's right on the W-2's.
And sounds like he sleeps just fine at night collecting fees while screwing up our lives, time and money wasted.
STAY AWAY from this lazy, no care about his work tax preparer-. And his assistant Lindsey - unprofessional hang up the phone on you when feed back on their horrible communication and responses.
It takes a lot for me to write a negative review and this is one.
