Have worked with Terry for several years. He has been very reliable and professional managing our airbnb, any problem with guest or the house we ever had, he was able to solve it. I didn’t know anyone in the area and it was difficult to get ahold of any business whenever I needed something done in the house or around, and Terry was my savior in these situations. I wouldn’t be able to keep the house in the proper condition without him for sure. If you need a realtor, property manager, house check, hook up with local businesses, Terry is your go-to source. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a long weekend rental in the area without success on the typical rental websites. Talked with Terry and he was able to find us the perfect place for our weekend away. The rental process was easy, directions and information about the property was spot on. The house was extremely clean and easy to follow departure instructions. I had a few questions about places to go, things to do, and the best restaurants in town, which Terry was happy to provide. Looking forward to our next stay in Fairplay!

This place never answers their phones, and never returns phone calls. Called Terry and Lindsay. Shame.

Update: Response to owner. I actually called you over the weekend with a Texas number and left you a message on Sunday. When I got no response I called you again at the beginning of the week and did not leave a message. So I called Lindsay the same day and left her a message. I will update my review shortly with proof of those phone calls. Since leaving this truthful review you actually called me back for this first time today, from a different number and left a message. I do not appreciate being treated differently just because I have a Texas number. I know very well how locals feel about people from Texas. I have lived in Park County for 5 years. All we wanted to do was rent one of your 3 rv lots. Could have gone a lot differently. Thank you.

This is a Horrible Management Company.
I rented a House From Terry about a year ago...
Last month the Septic Failed because he didn't properly take care of the property.
It was never flushed before I moved in. When it did fail, Terry told me I had to move. He didn't help and has taking no responsibility for his actions on this... On top of everything he, is holding my deposit for 60 days because he says a bed isnt together how it was when I moved in.
And theres some grass he wants removed...
He is a very UnProfessional Management Company... He does not take proper care of his Properties and you WILL be left stuck with no help.... Please beware before renting from this person ( Terry ) He is Not A Good Person...

Is -10 a rating. I discussed some past issues on my credit ( medical major surgeries) and asked a lot if questions.
Made it clear I didn't want to waste the money applying......he sounded nice enough....but then took my money and told me no for the reasons I told him about!!!! Omg pizza me off. Just run the other way. Do not use these money hungry property companies... That just want the money and don't care about helping anyone or two years of proof that I've always paid on time...grrrrrr... Life goes on and God will handle the greedy butt heads. Give this review a thumbs up if it helped you. And I'm not disgruntled, found a better place. For lesson money... They are just bad news, and that other review about him not calling back.. It's all true, had to hide my number to get him to answer..

Turkeys... Aweful money grabbers....
