DO NOT USE: As others have indicated on here, communication all the way up to the owner (Brian Palmer), is virtually non existent. Worst experience i have had with a CPA and/or local business. I’ll most likely get a response to this review by this business, but trust me, it will be the most proactive communication I will have received in the past two years.
After a very painful year and a half, the level of unprofessionalism left me no option but to hire a more competent CPA. It took more than 6 months to get my taxes filed at the federal level. I also had a local city tax that had to be completed for my past residence up north. I paid in full for this filing and it still has not been filed almost two years later because the owner himself could not figure out how to file the form. Really? He also never provided me with a refund for the fee I paid for this local filing because he was incapable of filling it.
If you are looking for a professional and reliable CPA firm, look elsewhere. This is NOT the place. Unless you enjoy making endless phone calls or sending emails almost daily to have no one respond to your inquiries and/or waste your hard earned money!!

My husband and I have had Brian's team do our personal and business taxes since we moved here in 2015. We are always late. He is always gracious and manages to get our taxes done timely. He and his team are thorough, professional, fun! (if anything about taxes can be fun), and super responsive. Has saved us money and helped recover thousands in refund. Recommend wholeheartedly.
