We used Pacific Coachways as transportation for our wedding in Long Beach on 10/12/24 and we had a fantastic experience. I would recommend their services to anyone in the area looking for something similar. Maribel was excellent to work with and always responded in a timely manner. The price and terms of our contract were reasonable as compared to other vendors/transportation services in the area. We paid for a 25 seat minibus for a 5 hour minimum, but the company sent us a 38 seat bus at no extra charge on the day. It was a great surprise and actually helped us very much due to unforeseen logistics issues. Additionally, because of those issues, some of our schedule had to be adjusted in real time. Our driver was flexible/understanding, and had a great personality. We had a very positive experience and we are grateful to Pacific Coachways for making our wedding day both safe and smooth!

We booked two Pacific Coachways buses as our guest transportation for our wedding day. It was honestly a bit nerve-racking researching and trying to find a company that was truly reliable for such a big part of our wedding. Luckily, we were put at ease when we reached out to Pacific Coachways. Tina was our point person and she answered every single question very promptly and thoroughly.

On the day of our wedding, both guest buses arrived at the first pickup location right on time and left at the exact time they were supposed to. The buses were clean and the drivers were great to our guests. They followed all instructions perfectly and made the transportation process completely smooth for our guests. Additionally, the prices were very reasonable. We are so grateful to Pacific Coachways for making this very important part of our wedding so stress-free!

We are happy to have them represent us. The coaches are always clean and well maintained. The drivers are always friendly and professional. The booking department is always thorough and helful. Book early! They often sell out during the busy season!

We were searching for a great transport service to take our wedding guests to and from several locations in Southern California on our wedding day and found Pacific Coachways. After speaking with Maribel, We’d found our service. She was thorough, honest and transparent. The pricing was fair and service was absolutely fantastic. On the day of our wedding, the driver was on time and very detailed. He was attentive to time and out guests. We couldn’t ask for better service! Bus was clean and very classy. We highly recommend this transpiration company and would not hesitate to use their services again if needed!

Had a very poor experience with this company. Enquired about getting a quote for using one of their busses for a school event. It took a while to get a response to my online request, but when it came it was that they were sold out for that date. I asked them if they could tell me what the quote would have been for the transportation if it had been available. They responded that since there were booked out for that date they couldn't provide me with such information, I then followed up with a request for information about a costing for an event in the future (without a specific date). They did not respond. Clearly they don't care about business our customer service. The are plenty of others transportation providers to choose from, I suggest you do so, I did and will in the future.

Such nice and honest people! My daughter's rowing club used Pacific Coachways for their regatta. She and a few teammates left very expensive equipment on the bus. Luckily, the honest drivers Jason G and Christian saved our expensive equipment. Great experience all around.

We recently did a soccer tour to LA and San Diego. There was 31 High School kids and parents from Oklahoma. I am proud to say that we had the Best most Amazing driver Andrew Magdaleno. He was knowledgeable entertaining and catered to us the whole trip. We all felt as long as we were with Andrew we were safe. He has officially been adopted into our Soccer Family and as for me personally I have made a lifetime friend and consider Andrew Family.
