Absolutely had a pleasant experience at optimum. My sales rep Dawn was very knowledgeable about the trailer( RV) we looked at. She took the time to show us several units. I honestly think Dawn needs a raise because of her professional attitude.

They get paid for the good reviews…. FYI. They’re very nice during the buying process. Then after you buy, you’re screwed and on your own. We bought a 2025 Puma and so much has already gone wrong. The warranty doesn’t cover crap either. They want you to jump through a million hoops just to get told “you have to bring the RV here. It’s on wheels it’s meant to be moved and not our problem if you can’t.” Even though we’re hours away from the dealership and live in this full time with our three young kids & on top of that they don’t even cover everything. It’s not even two months old!! Our ACs are leaking like crazy. One slide started leaking the first day we brought it home. First time we put the electric awning out one of the arms snapped and almost hit my 4 year old daughter. 99% of the shades suck at rolling up. One of the couches was already ripped off the floor bolts. You can tell this thing was just flown through the factory. We’re very disappointed after spending SO much money. Bad business if you ask me.

Nick was attentive and personal in showing us an RV we were interested in. He spent as much time as we needed and went over every inch, also helping us with resources. Paperwork was efficient and well explained. We are pleased with the agreed price. A pleasant experience and we can’t wait to pick up our RV!

All I can say is that we had a wonderful experience at the Bushnell location. Our salesman Tom Bohm was very friendly, professional and gave us time to think before we purchased our unit. Stan in financing also did an amazing job with getting us into the unit we chose. Will definitely recommend this dealership to any of our friends and family in the market for an RV. Thanks Tom and Stan for your help throughout the entire process.

I had some damage to my RV the entry steps, the automatic lower step and the awning. They worked closely with my insurance company and did a great job with my repair. They all replaced the carburetor on my generator after I had been having problems with it cutting off. I am pleased with the service. My service advisor Julia was awesome and kept me in the loop through the entire process.

I needed a7 pin to 6 pin trailing harness ( coiled cord), because mine fried. The good news is that they had 1 in Stock, and I was able to get back on the road. The bad news is that Amazon has it for $36.00. I paid $168.00 for the convenience of getting it now. . I get that they have huge overhead, but... Come on!
