I purchased 2 AED for my church in Dec. 2020 the battery on one of the AED starting chirping and said battery is low the battery has a label on the battery shows 4 years warranty until 10/10/2024 I contacted One Beat Medical on Sept. 27th. and was asked to put the battery in the AED so could here what was stated I did then they asked for photos of the battery front and back I did then was asked to take a close up of the label I did. Did not hear from Frances so called back and spoke with Rocio next email from Frances was week of 21st. stating that the warranty was expired.
When I started the warranty it was not expired again Sept. 27th. they also put batteries on the AED from Oct 2020 instead of Dec 2020 Would not purchase from them again and will make sure BMA Association and Southern Baptist Association put them on the do not purchase from List for all there churches

Took cpr training course with Daryl and he did an excellent job. He made course fun, interesting, and easy to understand. What was extra great is the fact that a Doctor took his time to care enough to teach people the importance of CPR and how to save a persons life! Very informative and he has great interaction with each and every person.

If you are looking for a great CPR class don't hesitate to call Rudy at One Beat CPR. Rudy created an environment of interest by using visual aids and Ipad simulations of real EKGs.
