I tried several times to reach Ken Doerr regarding issues related to the preparation of our corporate income tax returns. As the record below shows, it took multiple inquiries to receive a response. Finally, rather than fully explain a $79,000+ adjustment Ken made in our tax return, he fired us and refused to provide copies of his workpapers documenting the large adjustment.

6/30/21 American Exec CPA quit representation.
6/29/21 emailed Ken again reminding him of professional standards required of CPAs
6/4/21 Bailee replied: Ken is out of office
6/4/21 emailed Ken again
5/26/21 emailed request for explanation of adjustment of 79K
