I had to have a previous flyer that was made there altered & they were extremely busy. Joe Folson ( store mgr) came over to help me & went above & beyond to assist me. He was very professional & super friendly & I appreciate him multi-tasking while working on what I needed done ASAP. I had an upcoming fundraiser. He also was able to print them out for me there so I didn’t have to come back!! Thank you so much for all your help & I will be back for future events!

12/10 upgrading from one star, received a five-star experience but the store still sucks.
I reluctantly returned after one of the worst customer service experiences ive ever had. Ethan is the only redeeming quality of this The lady running the printing area had no time management skills yet was delegating tasks to Ethan and rather than get stressed out having to jump back and forth between tasks that were clearly jobs they were behind on, Ethan kept his composure and did not allow the stress to affect his customer service. It is very clear to me that the other four people that were there should not be anywhere close to customer service as they were all participating in a yelling match with a disgruntled customer while four or five other customers including myself tried to ignore the commotion. While all that was going on for about 15 minutes, Ethan, cool and calm dealt with the few customers at the print counter and prioritize us and updated those who were still waiting and checked on if we needed anything else. There's many things you can't control but you can always control your attitude, and his was great. You guys as a company are sleeping on a great employee if you don't train him to start running things. Can train everything else, but you can't train kindness and respect into someone.

I've Used this location for custom printing for a long time, will never use it again. Short-handed, line to the door. Was just told by an employee while I was standing next in line and then I was paying with cash that I had to go get a gift card at a register with no one attending it to then use the self-service machine. Save yourself the trip go somewhere else.

Manager extremely inappropriate. Those expecting delivery from this store to your home please read this review. Ordered a laptop, selected and paid for the best delivery option available, informed via uber on scheduled day of delivery that delivery no longer available after multiple uber drivers tried to pick up laptop and failed. Uber advised me to call the store. I went to the store because no one answered at the store after several attempts. Told from the store that the $700 laptop was picked up hours ago by uber. Asked for the store manager and the manager told me that “she is too busy, has a store to run (I was the only person in the store) and told me to leave and call Office Depot customer service.” Currently on hold with uber because customer service transferred me there. Uber showing order never picked up and states that the order was canceled. Neither party taking responsibility. I am being very patient because I understand that these things happen but this review is due to the horrible customer service I received by the store manager.

Drove over on Saturday with the laptop to have it cleaned/repaired was told no tech support available on the weekends and to come back Monday. Was told there were 3 technicians with one on vacation. Returned Monday only to be told the available technician was too busy with inventory and couldn’t help us. If we left the laptop another technician would be in with 2hours and would call prior to working on it. Fast forward to 12:30 Tuesday afternoon no call; I called 3 times. 1st time put on hold for technician till phone went dead. 2nd call was told manager would pick up waited 10 mins again no response; 3rd phone call no answer of any kind. At 2pm my husband called to finally reach “Ashley”. She was getting ready to call to tell us the only technician was leaving for the day and wouldn’t be back for several days. My husband is currently on his way to pick up the laptop. We have purchased 2 laptops printers etc from this location over the years along with other supplies. It will be a cold day in hell they ever get another dime of our money!

Luke and Tyler were a big help with my purchase of a new printer....Tyler even stayed awhile to help after he punched out for his shift... Luke had all the technical info...knowledgeable and professional guys....thank you!

I had a really bad experience at this location 531 SW Pine Island Rd, they didn't want to help me print a specification sheet.
That's the only Office Depot location I've had in the last 6 years that I've been printing the same documents.
