Horrible experience.. bus driver was rude the bus was dirty and smelly. Seats weren’t assigned. Mind you this my first time ever taking a greyhound. Never wanna experience this again. Tickets to expensive to be on a bus like that. Waste of my $100 NEVER AGAIN!

Absolutely terrible public transportation. Your buses are too early, do not wait for the people. If they are ahead of schedule they don't wait at a stop to get on the schedule. They fly by bus stops. Terribly ineffective route management.

I recently rode greyhound in to the ocala station. The ride was fine, but my baggage had gone missing. Upon speaking with staff I was given a form to fill out for compensation if my baggage was not found and told someone would be In touch with me within 24 hours. That was Sunday the 16th it is now the 20th and I still have heard nothing. I had called several times to try to find out what is going on and the time's I was able to reach someone I was told that the manager has not yet gotten to it and that they weren't sure where the manager was. I have left several messages for them to return my call and have been ignored. I called the Atlanta greyhound station because that was where I switched buses and was told they had no knowledge of my baggage claim. This was because they never reported my luggage missing from the ocala station. I filled out a report over the phone with the Atlanta branch and was told they would be back with me soon. Today I reached out to the ocala station by phone with no answer. I left a message and have not heard back. No one has answered any questions I have concerning my luggage or even bothered returning a call. I have had to replace everything that was in my luggage because I had no clothing to wear due to this mistake. I am extremely unsatisfied with the professionalism and concern given to my situation and will be looking in to making a small claims statement for negligence to be presented in court if this is not handled in a prompt manner .

Bus was a little late but ticket agent was very helpful in trying to keep us updated. Location was inside of a Pilot store which is good, we had food and drinks while we waited. Trip went good once we got our transfers out the way. Will be making future trips again with the hound 😉

Greyhound lost my bag on December 31st. They had me fill out a lost baggage claim, and made me wait 30 days to get a status, after the 30 days they have no lost baggage claim for me. I don't believe the Greyhound clerk is submitting my lost baggage claim and can't even get a greyhound supervisor to listen to me.

I have been traveling on Greyhound since the age of 5. I travel every couple months from Florida to Alabama. It's not always perfect, and the buses may not always arrive or leave on time. But I have no complaints. Some buses are new, some old. Just have everything you need, and read your tickets

On 17 December 2021, I received my luggage tag from Ocala Florida Greyhound. My luggage was stolen in Atlanta. The Claim paperwork ask for the name of the person in Ocala florida who gave me my luggage ticket. The lady in Ocala Florida refused to give me her signature or name on the claim paperwork. Her supervisor Malissa was called, Malissa refused as well.

Rode Greyhound from Ocala Fl to San Fran CA. for a family visit. It was about a 4 day trip due to the time change. It was a nice trip, not driving saved a lot of stress. Good drivers, Nice greyhound people at the stations. Will travel Greyhound again next year for this same trip.
