The people at Nylex are professional, competent and have exceeded our expectations. Nylex set up the network and security system for our small law office and has always responded quickly to solve any issues that arose as a result of software updates, new printers, etc. Working with DJ Huntley has been a pleasure. Last week there was a power outage at our building and it damaged some of the AT&T hardware. Our internal network was down, we had no internet and AT&T said that they could not come and look at the problem for two and a half business days. We called Nylex early that morning and DJ had our office network up and running in short order and worked to find a solution to the AT&T hardware problem so we could get back on-line. The first morning, he could not find a solution to the AT&T hardware problem, but he did not give up. After DJ left our office, he continued to work on the problem and was able to find a solution the next day. Thanks Nylex and DJ for never giving up, for going out of your way to solve a problem and for getting us back in business so soon.
