A very unprofessional company. They have no communication with you and they leave you in the dark about everything they are doing. I paid to get credentialed and they never gave me any information about my provider numbers and they kept the contracts. When I requested my contracts they denied having them. They added their own email address so I wouldn’t even get the referrals for new clients on time. I lost business thanks to them and now I find myself contacting each provider to let them know about Novita that according to each insurance company Novita has added themselves as managers/directors of the company. They only did this so I could keep billing with them as they get 10% so that’s how they hold on to companies.
