Terrible service provided by Northpoint Property Management. As a landlord you will have to manage your property yourself, they will take fees and fail to communicate important information that they need to provide you as landlord. They don't even retain a key to your property, so you are on your own if there is an emergency.

If your property is managed by Northpoint Management, please carefully look at your accounting. There were several accounting discrepancies, this company was siphoning money in the form of repairs and charging us. They couldn't provide any receipts or explanations. If you are interested in a class-action law suit against this company contact me as we gather people like us to take necessary actions against such organizations that take fees but don't really provide a service.

Do not rent or buy from Carolyn or Scott!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. All of their apartments have mold 1st of all. They do not handle anything maintenance related promptly. They will leave you with a leaky roof for months while it’s storming. Horrible people who cannot follow legal procedures. If you are currently in a unit that is managed by them have the city come do a check. My child was sick every couple months because of the hidden mold they tried to paint over.

Do not use this company for property management services. We have had multiple issues dealing with their representative’s in multiple states. At Sacramento, our property manager didn’t even have the keys to the property. If property manager does not have keys and cannot enter property in an emergency while the tenant is out, what good can their property management services be. We ended up doing most of property management ourselves. Poor communication, not representing landlord’s interest and poor customer service. I give them D - , completely below standards.

Annie is very responsive and diligent. She sends me updates real-time and is on top of all of my requests (and the tenants' too!). Avoid renting your property with this company. My experience was terrible—I lost months of rent due to the property manager’s mismanagement. Their lack of professionalism and accountability caused unnecessary financial loss and frustration. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for property management.
