Andrea and her team are fantastic!!! They are exactly what we need in an accounting firm. They are efficient and responsive. They keep all our documents organized and protected. Our meetings are clear, action items and decisions are laid out and we set a course for the next quarter. We were in the process of moving our family and business from VA to Florida when our accounting team for the last 15 years in VA 'fired us' after getting acquired by a larger firm...we were at a loss of what to do next in a new state, etc. Luckily for us our financial advisor found Noack and Company and they have not let us down...as a matter of fact they have been amazing! Constant, concise communication with Andrea Dillon and her team, quick answers/solutions to issues (even when I called Andrea on Tax Day, she took the call, gave me some info, and got me the rest of the info 2 days later!).

Terrible experience, absolute zero customer service with no human contact, very expensive, unprofessional, immature and self-entitled ownership. I truly do not know how this place is rated so highly. My father passed away and did his taxes here the previous years, so I tried their service because I thought it would make things easier. I was wrong. What a waste of time.

It took multiple calls to talk to someone that wasn’t a phone operator, which should’ve been the first red flag. They did not follow up with me at all after a month of waiting for my case to be assigned, and then once they read this Google review, they deactivated my account!!!! If they would’ve been half as responsive to my needs as a customer as they apparently are to monitoring their google reviews, this would’ve never been an issue. This is not how you treat good paying and loyal customers; my father had his taxes done here for several years. It’s very clear that this organization puts more effort into maintaining their online image than actually making customers happy. Fortunately, I was able to complete on Turbo Tax in less than an hour, for less than half the price, so I should actually be thanking them for saving me hundreds of dollars; but you can’t buy back your time folks, and I wasted a lot of it trying to work with these people.

If you must pay someone else to prepare your taxes, I would highly suggest finding another firm to do it; one that cares about your business, and will prioritize you as a customer.
