Jennifer Kok with Next Wave Business, has helped my business and myself tremendously. She took the time to review the areas that I needed to improve in my business. The COGS went down 3.5% and Net Profit 4.31%. What I liked about Jen vs other Business Coaches is that she made me feel like if we take it one step at a time that I was able to achieve my goals. I was short staffed and a busy mom so I needed to have someone to guide me into the next steps. She's detail oriented and keeps the focus on the agenda. Making decisions on looking at the numbers, and focus on profits. She has taught me a lot, and I am now a more confident business owner and take tremendous pride in how we turned my store around in the little time we worked together.
