We hired Dr. Nicole and her colleague to provide in-person leadership training for our company leader training retreat in Kissimmee, Florida. All of us were thrilled to find a pair of dynamic and diverse women who know how to identify team strengths and potential opportunities. Dr. Nicole is by far one of my favorite people. I began working with her when I joined the Serious Business Academy offered by the Pinellas County Urban League.
