We tried these guys' tech support service after the last company failed to progress wit out new setup. Mike was super personable and came out to introduce himself, met with us for some network consulting followed by his tam the next day. Wow! What a difference! Their help desk team is super responsive... Tareq is awesome! We are now using them for upgrading our out of date servers. I am very happy with the switch we made!
