Nav Advisors was taken over by Arkadios due to alleged misconduct by Marc Korsch. Then Arkadios took over. They were very obscure about what was happening with Korsch. With that said, we signed forms for them to take over our financial management. 1) They said they would prepare a financial plan, which they didn't. 2) They said they would get right back to us, which they didn't. 3) Then they asked us to sign forms that said they had presented us with a plan before they would take over our financial management before they would proceed with our portfolio. 4) When we told them that we would not sign until they actually gave us a plan, they said we can take our business elsewhere - WHICH WE ARE!!
