I had a very poor experience with the firm. One attorney quit in the middle of the case. He dumped the case onto a less experienced attorney that had little experience. Based on the legal strategy employed, It was obvious that opposing counsel was more qualified and motivated. The firm was highly recommended to me. Don’t make my mistake. Don’t blindly take the recommendations of others. Look at where the attorney attended law school, evaluate the stage of his career to determine his level of motivation and look at the size of the firm to determine their ability to fight in a court of law. I visited them to get a second opinion and they basically told me that they could do a much better job than my current lawyer. They implied that my current attorney was making numerous mistakes and didn’t really have a good grasp of what he was doing. They told me that I had strong case and implied my current attorney was screwing it up. I ended up not getting any attorney fees back and I was in a much worse situation than what I started with them. Do your own research and make a logical, informed decision. Ask how many times they have been in a court of law actually fighting a case with a jury present in the past 5 years.

I worked with Nancy back in 2009 when she worked for Hal Castillo. I paid her $500+ A few months ago as a down payment towards my case, and told her I would pay the rest when I could. I was given a retainer fee of $2,000. Well, now I have a balance of $50 and no representation, and was told I need to come up with $3,000 if I want representation. This is someone I knew personally, so if she will do this to me - be careful!

I cannot express my gratitude enough, to Danielle Manos. I had a civil situation where I was falsely in the position of being the respondent/defendant. It caused a great deal of emotional stress, given that it was occurring during the national health crisis, too.
