Munizzi Law recently completed a transition for my business from a corporation to and LLC. I found them to be professional, quick and easy to work with. They completed the transition very smoothly and once I gave them the paperwork they needed all I had to do was let them do their part and I was extremely happy with the results. Excellent service by Katrina!! Last Friday closing was delayed. Buyers planning to be in the new home and moving all weekend. The office was closing and everything was not complete. We had already previously known that Katrina had plans with her family for Santa pictures. Katrina went above and beyond on a Friday night doing whatever needed possible to get this home closed and funded. She also did it with pure joy. Not one complaint. My Buyers ended up signing with a RON closing that Katrina and Ryan Lautzenheiser ( my lender partner) was able to orchestrate, after three Mobile closers were not available. I think the Buyers signed around 9:30 PM. Team work earlier led to funds getting in. This one Little, but BIG thing assisted them in moving on Saturday and Sunday. The domino effect of them not closing on Friday would have led to missed work and career consequences to move during the week.Also Loss of finances when trying to buy a new home, and issues with the rental they’re moving out of. Many customers do not understand all of the moving parts of a transaction and why it’s so important to pick The right agent, the right Title Company, and the right broker/lender. Katrina and Munizzi law firm are the type of company you want in your corner on a Friday night with so much at risk!!!
