Michael did our taxes many years now, we did our taxes last year with him paid over $700 this man is very unprofessional never failed our taxes and get paid when i call him he hang up the phone on me after so many years the unprofessional person I am dealing with it's crazy it's your fault you take our money and never filed our taxes now we have to pay penalties and interest..

Please don't go here if you do make sure you see HIM send your taxes out..

He talks so much and distract him self from doing his job.

Take responsibility instead of yelling at your clients who made because without clients you wouldn't have a job...

Mike is just an absolutely awesome person. Explained every detail on the tax form. Also the office is fun with Caribbean and all kinds of other music, the staff is friendly. It's pleasant to be there 😊

First and foremost... CALL AND MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT EARLY! These guys fill up fast so those of y'all reading this, make your appointment EARLY in October/November/December beforehand because if you call around march/April, appointments are likely pushed out until May. Why? Because these guys are good and a lot of people file with them. And I mean A LOT. Sure, the wait may be long when you come in to get ready and file but that is the price you have to pay for extremely good service. Please take that into consideration. If you have any questions and you're calling to speak to someone, try emailing them or coming into the office in person as they have only 1 person answering the phones. Literally only 2 guys doing taxes and they cannot answer the phones most of the time when they are doing taxes all throughout the week. Again, make appointments early! You won't be disappointed!!!

I been going to MTH for over 20 years and I have "NO" complaints to mention. I along with EVERYONE I recommended to MTH has had nothing, BUT excellent things to say. I read the previous reviews, BUT......BUT..... NOTHING NEGATIVE NEVER HAPPENED TO ME OR MY RECOMMENDED BUSINESS ASSOCIATES. I WILL KEEP RECOMMENDING PEOPLE.

Tried to call Phoenix for over a week now. Never returned my text messages, Emails or phone calls. When I try to leave a message it says “Mailbox is full”. They are not responsive. Michael submitted my taxes incorrectly last year. Unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Very unreliable. I sent my tax documents months ahead of the deadline and they had not been attended to. A few days before the deadline I called again and no one had attend to my documents. I finally sent my documents to another accountant for filing.

I will not recommend them to anyone.

MTH will simply exceed whatever your expectation may be. Every one in that office is perfectly competent, professional and thorough. I recommend MTH without the slightest hint of hesitancy. Oh, and you're welcome...
