These guys are absolute garbage. One of the comparable properties that they used to to assess my property was a tax lien property and two of the other properties were without a garage or a shop. Then for their adjustments their adjustment for a 25x30 sq ft shop was only a $14,000 difference in price. You couldn't even buy the materials to build a 25x30 shop for $14,000. The concrete alone would be more than that.My house is a four bed two bath.... They had it listed as a three bedroom two bath in their report. The amount of inaccuracies in their appraisal report is just astonishing. It almost seemed like they didn't even go physically look at the property.I don't know why anybody would use this company..

Sarah appraised a VA refi $70,000 less than market value. Her comps were of north Casper rather than Big Tree, she used a 1980s house rather than comparable historic 1920. She had wrong number of rooms (how hard is it to count to two on bathrooms). Thankfully it worked out and we decided to sell. In fifteen minutes from listing we had full asking price. An insult to veterans.
